1. How much extra time should I add to make my flight?

A. Add an extra 20 minutes.

2. How does the daily rate calculate?

A. Rate is on a 24 hour basis.

3. If I come back an hour or so after check in am I charged another day?

A. No, the time is pro-rated at $3.00 per hour, not to exceed the daily rate.

4. Will the shuttle bus also be available 24 hours?

A. Yes.

5. Do I need to make a reservation?

A. Reservations are typically not required. However, for greater peace of mind, why not let us know you are coming!!

6. When I arrive back at the airport, do I need to call you?

A. You can call ahead from the courtesy phone located in baggage claim, or you can advise the shuttle driver your claim # and they will notify us.
